the rocket arm increases range of motion, strength, and flexibility to the shoulder joint.
Most importantly, it will reduce the amount of pain from impingements, slight tears, and mis-alignment of the connective tissue in the shoulder by building up the larger muscles surrounding the shoulder.
It is excellent for reigning in shoulder subluxation and focusing on motion specific movements for throwers, pitchers, hitters, etc.
Rocket Arm is easy to set up, very convenient to use, and it will relieve discomfort in your shoulder joint by working all the muscles & take some of the load off the connective tissue in and all around the shoulder.
Not a MD or a PT, but I know it works because my shoulder has endured a lot of innings over the past 35 years and I've been able to bring it back from the brink several times and keep pitching.
