Works great and is a good training tool. When working with younger children it throws them off some because there isn't the sound of the bat hitting the ball and they have to get used to that. Over all it is an effective tool.

if you struggle to consistently hit fly balls to your young players during fielding practice, this device will help. it takes a little time to get used to the weight and figure out how best to hit it, but once you do, you can hit high fly balls, low line drives, etc. and get more out of your practices

I bought this item after hitting countless flyballs off the bat to my team. Too many balls are off target and the time is wasted. The Accu-Bat ensures accurate fielding opportunities and increases the value of practice time.
